LENGTH OF KEYNOTE: 30-90 Minutes (Customization is available)
KEYNOTE DESCRIPTION:
Gayle started as an expert in Cross-Cultural Education in Geneva, Switzerland in 1989. She was a Speaker, Trainer and Coach for Fortune 500 companies, The World Health Organization, The United Nations and Ambassadors. Very quickly Gayle discovered she had 3 strikes against her. She was America… Female…and yes… Blonde! There was no doubt that the ‘Dumb Blonde Jokes’ were global! Nevertheless, Gayle beat the odds and became very successful on a global scale. In 1995, she incorporated the company, ‘Circles Of Excellence Inc.’ in Dallas, TX. Since she had married a Frenchman with the last name of Delpierre (affectionately known as ‘Pepe Le Pew’), Gayle discovered that the 3 strikes were again in play. She was rapidly becoming known as Gayle Cotton Del Prairie! Considering that she had moved from the ‘land of Swiss cows’ to the ‘land of Texas cows’, it probably was fitting. The pronunciation was about the best most Texans could do! She eventually dropped the 'Delpierre' and went simply by ‘Gayle Cotton’, which she discovered was a great name for Dallas! Gayle’s story is an inspirational journey full of humor, humility and hope for all international business women.
