Gayle started working as an expert in Cross-Cultural Education in Geneva, Switzerland in 1989. She was a Speaker, Trainer and Coach for Fortune 500 companies, the United Nations, the World Health Organization and Ambassadors from around the world. Very quickly she discovered that she had 3 strikes against her. She was American, Female, and… Blonde! There was no doubt that the ‘Dumb Blonde Jokes’ were global. Determined to beat the odds, Gayle became a very successful speaker on a global basis. She incorporated the company ‘Circles Of Excellence Inc.’ in Dallas, TX in 1995. Being married to a Frenchman with the last name of Delpierre, she soon discovered that the 3 strikes were again in play. She was rapidly becoming known as Gayle Cotton Del Prairie! The pronunciation was about the best many Texans could do. She eventually dropped the 'Delpierre' from her professional name and went simply by 'Gayle Cotton'. Gayle’s story is an inspirational journey full of humor, humility and hope for all international business women.

A National Emmy Award Winner, Gayle Cotton is the Founder and President of CIRCLES OF EXCELLENCE For Corporate Education. A distinguished and highly sought after speaker, she has made Keynote Presentations for over 50 Fortune 500 companies, and been a TV guest on Good Morning America, PM Magazine, PM Northwest and Pacific Report.
